Return / Refund Policy

Returns for unused merchandise in it's original condition are accepted up to 30 days after receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period unless the customer has requested the return before the expiration of the 30 day period.

If you need to make a return, you MUST contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number that we provide must accompany your return. All returns must be made via prepaid shipping or they will be refused. No credit will be issued for damaged merchandise. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
